About us
CRAFT – The Social Innovation Ecosystem Strengthening Project is designed to promote social entrepreneurship and amplify the impact of social and impact-driven initiatives throughout Europe. Our approach involves organising events, summits, and creating a digital ecosystem to foster stronger connections and collaboration among social innovation actors.
By establishing an European peer-to-peer academy and collecting best practices and tools, we aim to empower social entrepreneurs and support organisations, ultimately leading to sustainable change within the European social innovation ecosystem.
key objectives and anticipated outcomes for our project
A Peer-to-Peer Academy
We will facilitate locally-based events and organise summits to create opportunities for networking, knowledge dissemination, and collaboration among social innovation actors. Through these gatherings, participants will learn about innovative methods, best practices, and emerging trends, fostering a vibrant and supportive community.
Tools and Best Practices
Through a digital ecosystem, we will gather and promote tools, best practices, and resources, creating a knowledge-sharing platform accessible to social entrepreneurs free of charge. This platform will offer valuable insights, templates, and guidance to support social entrepreneurs in their journey.
Events and Summits
We will facilitate locally-based events and organise summits to create opportunities for networking, knowledge dissemination, and collaboration among social innovation actors. Through these gatherings, participants will learn about innovative methods, best practices, and emerging trends, fostering a vibrant and supportive community.
The significance of strengthening the social innovation ecosystem cannot be overstated. A robust ecosystem is essential for addressing societal challenges, promoting inclusive economic growth, and driving positive social change. By forging connections between social entrepreneurs, SMEs, accelerators, investors, industry, philanthropy societies, universities, and public entities, we can unlock the full potential of social innovation. Our project recognizes the need to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and access to resources in order to create a thriving ecosystem that nurtures innovative solutions to complex problems.
